Mr. Davies has handled over 150 appeals in the State of Arkansas in the last decade. He has argued before the Arkansas Court of Appeals and the Arkansas Supreme Court numerous times. He has handled appeals across the spectrum of topics: guardianship, criminal, land disputes and probate matters.

Appeals are highly specialized matters. It is important to use an attorney that understands Appellate procedure and has the necessary background in research and oral argument to effectively represent your interests at the highest levels. Mr. Davies has a decade long track record of success working on significant cases that have shaped and refined Arkansas law. Due to his focus on estate planning and elder law, Mr. Davies does not accept many appellate cases each year. At this point, he limits his Appellate work to a maximum of 6 a year. He does this because each appeal demands a great deal of his time and effort – it would be unfair to his clients if he took on too many of these demanding cases each year.
